No, for a few reasons:

1. That would not be an authorized means of contacting them.

2. Unlike Google Cache, which passively scrapes a copy of existing web content, doing what you suggest would involve actively interfacing with what passes for their version of a website API in order to contact members specifically, and even if it were allowed, I doubt it would be possible, given how they have changed the code so much from the stock PmWiki codebase their wiki started as.

3. The rules are that we have to build off what we have, and make from scratch what we don't. As frustrating as it might be otherwise, that's the breaks with forking a website, everything after the fork point is your responsibility.

I'm trying to remember, for cases where we do not yet have copies of existing TVT pages, such as Turning Back Human, do you recall what specific date was the "fork point" when it is possible to look at a previous version of the page from that point or earlier and copy it over? I figure if it's allowed to do that then I should rather than making it from scratch with a stub of 1 or 2 examples.

I wanted to add episode 3 of Neon Joe, Werewolf Hunter as an example of TBH being inverted, as he puts it:

just as I suspected, human turn into werewolf if it die while in human form, otherwise known as a flipsy flopsy from the usual way it happen

I'm not sure if we have anything more specific like Death Causes Form Change to cover that? For now perhaps This Was His True Form would do, although the implication here seems to be that werewolves have no true form and simply shift into whatever form they're not presently in when they die.
