Here is my opinion: granting Max Sinister bureaucrat rights was a terrible mistake. I was opposed to it from the very beginning, only relenting when other admins wanted to give Max a second chance. In fact, my immediate action upon seeing @Kjnoren's block was to revert it and tempblock Max for a week. My actions alone makes my opinion clear on the subject.

Uploading a screenshot would not be your own work, since the media is under copyright, but it would qualify as fair use, which we allow.

In case Fandom warns us about the offending content, we would have to comply with their requests and delete the pages.
The Miraheze branch of All The Tropes has all the offending pages and intends on keeping them.

I'll add that I'm in the process of sending a support request to FANDOM to change the name and URL heading for this wiki. So far, the names that have come up a few times from the post are:

Let's also keep in mind @RRabbit42's reply to the post that has some suggestions for the name.
Personally, I am leaning more for Tropedia.
I have been given the bureaucrat right by a FANDOM staff, and have succeeded GethN7 as the main bureaucrat of this wiki. I have also added @Janna2000 as a bureaucrat, based on @RRabbit42's suggestion. Please contact either me or Janna for any questions or concerns for this wiki.
From the previous post, I have counted 7 votes for SelfCloak and 2 votes for Janna2000.
We have lost the trademark for "All The Tropes", since GethN7 is no longer affiliated with the FANDOM branch. One of the admins of the original All The Tropes have threatened a cease and desist with FANDOM if the trademarks are still up. I have removed the trademarked images, replaced the logo with a placeholder, as well as renamed the wiki to Temporary Tropes. I, or anyone willing, will have to ask FANDOM via a support request to change the URL heading too, and any mentions of All The Tropes, including interwiki links, should be changed.
An announcement for wiki name propositions will follow soon.

Since GethN7's global block on FANDOM, I have been approached by him to possibly take his place for the bureaucrat position (I have talked about it in this thread). FANDOM staff have clarified that an on-wiki vote should be done by the community before they can give any roles. The candidates I put forward are:

I think the pick should meet the following criteria.
They are very active at All The Tropes.
They are fair in their judgements, making sensible decisions that most people can understand whether they agree with the decisions or not.
They can handle spammers or people who continue violating the rules after being warned on previous occasions.
They can be impartial, and make the hard decision to penalize even people they've been friendly with in the past if they've done something that merits it.
They know how to separate fact from opinion, and hyperbole from reality.
They endeavor to make this a place where people can have fun discussing the tropes of several different mostly fictional mediums, and know when and where to enforce No Real Life Examples, Please.
All in all, these are qualities I'd look for in choosing a new head bureaucrat.
