  • The very definition of this trope. Oh boy, where to start...?
  • A video of it - Oh wait, this isn't bad at all!...Wait...oh..shi-
  • Everything about the Children's Hospital, especially the music.
  • From the most recent update, the "Hole-In-Girl" area, the imagery (of which suggestive) and sounds make it very uncomfortable to explore. Likewise, the maid you have to talk to in order to get there.
  • The Blood, Pus, and Rust event. As Sabitsuki, you go into a room with blood spatter and, if you try to go through that room, you lose your effect and get barred from going further but, if you try to leave, well, you spew blood and faint. What doesn't help matters is that, when Sabitsuki wakes up, she has blood on her computer.
    • When you play as Rust, you get to see that this event and the Childbirth event are connected. When Rust comes in on the other side, the Onigo (black haired girls) die immediately. The one pinned on the wall is already gutted, which is unsettling enough.
