1visualFXguy is generally a funny show, but it has some VERY depressing moments too. You can almost say it has a sad side. 2MattTV examples are listed as well, because of how some videos appear on both channels.
- The video where Matt says "Kill me now" and then dies.
- Wagon Wheel Remake:the music makes this video especially sad.
- Seeing David Bowie in "Jim Henson's Labyrinth Parody" is kind of unintetionally depressing considering his passing.
- Mad Mission, the music gets to me every time.
- Gabi singing a song about how much she loves Nigel but can't be with him in the Rio 2 YTP.
- The end of Mugen Roster 2015 is a tribute to Matt's dead dog, Shawnee.

- The line about Jim Henson in "Beard Song" is pretty sad if your a Muppet fan.

- Yuna getting killed in "Yuna and Stitch".
- The picture of Goldie hugging Pip while she's crying at the end of "Animusic Video".

- The picture of Shawnee looking all sick and depressed in "Mom's Birthday Video" makes an otherwise silly video a little bit sad.
- The song Wayne Brady is singing Chanel in "Whose Line Duet".
- The joke about Mickey getting killed on a mouse trap in "VFX News Episode 6" can be a bit upsetting to Disney fans.
- The sad music in "Chester's War Stories".
- The bear eating a disabled kid "Will Derness Episode 3".
- The Family Guy Tribute with the sad Jason Aldean song, especially the ending that reads "in memory of Brian Griffin".
- The AMV Make Me Feel is VERY depressing especially because of the music.
- Angel saying she's never had a family in "Wild Angel".
- The song in the Happy Tree Friends AMV is actually VERY sad especially towards the end.

- While not intentional, the Groundling Marsh poop due to the nostalgic tears I cry while watching it.
- The song Alabama Pines in the one AMV literally was the cause of my depression for a few days.
- The AMV Young Puns is without a doubt the biggest tear jerker in 1visualFXguy history. It is an AMV of Giggles from Happy Tree Fiends getting killed with the SUPER sad song If I Die Young playing.
- The scene in the Liberty's Kids poop of Pikachu crying.
- Sparkle Light 1999 is pretty sad as well.
- The Traveling Soldier video, because of what happens at the end.
- Time in a Bottle is a video about an old man singing about him being close to dying.
- E E See Me especially the Indian music in the background.

- Zed laying on the floor crying after Richie beat him up in "Richie's Halloween Special" could make sensitive people sad.
- Kate sacrificing her life to save the pups in "The Legend of the Woolly Swamp". Especially because the pups (and Humphrey) end up dying as well.
- Big Bird dying in the Robot Chicken YouTube Poop.
- Brody killing the cute minion in "Brody Meets a Minion".
- The Muppet parody of Crystal Gayle standing around a boat with ghosts flying around her is kind of emotional.
- Zed saying he's killed over 100 people in "The Walking Zed".
- Tommy crying in the first "Moolah & Moolah" video.
- When they think Kate is dead in the first "ALF and Omega" poop, the sad Mellencamp song doesn't help.
- The song in "Marty Python's Flying Circus" is pretty much saying "life sucks, then you die".
- The Imagination song in "Freaky Classic Sesame Street Exposed".
- Rob Ross is kind of a sad character because of how Bob Ross died in real life.
- The dead dog in the road in "Dead Skunk in the Middle of the Road" is Brian from Family Guy.
- The picture of the baby crying and the reference to soldiers dying in the Iraq War in "I Hear Them All".
- Peter Griffin singing a song about the church bombing in 1960s Birmingham is a very sad moment.
- Nutty crying after he breaks the gumball machine he fell in love with in "You've Got a Happy Tree Friend in Me".
- Steve singing about how he wants to marry his mom (despite being a creepy awkward joke) is actually kind of sad in "Steve Smith Sings Kid Rock".
- The picture of the man sitting on a dock in the rain by himself that says "Loneliness is my only friend," in "Sea of Lights".
- The Every Mother's Son part of Music Video for Mom especially for those who have lost their mother
- The video with the Jamie Johnson song "In Color" with pictures of Matt's Grandma and Grandpa growing up together can certainly bring a tear to your eye.
- Fry talking about what it's like to be a slave (while it is intended for dark humor) can actually be quite sad in Poopturama.
- The YTP of how Candace Flynn feels like a nobody because she still watches little kiddie shows can make teenage/adult viewers who still like kid stuff feel the same way since the song is about leaving childhood things behind. The video may actually be a reference to bronies and pegasisters;although that hasn't been confirmed.
