- The two biggest ABS-CBN-related heartwarming things are:
- The fact that ABS-CBN is a Good Samaritan who cares more than just making money and even did good deeds no one would expect (like coming to the rescue of a family whose house went on fire) are both testaments that show ABS-CBN as not just a network, but like a guardian angel that serves those in need.
- The word Kapamilya, meaning member of the family, which is used by ABS-CBN to address its employees, its customers, and its viewers, and it treats all of them as family members. It's definitely nothing short of sweet.
- The entire 1999 Annual Report of ABS-CBN, which is a farewell tribute to the great Eugenio Lopez Jr. (who died during that year), as its chairman (and Geny's eldest son) Gabby Lopez said that "his determination rebuilt ABS-CBN to heights that surpass its former glory".
- Not to mention the ending: To the man whose unwavering faith shall forever inspire, the leader who has lived his life in the service of his people, the dreamer whose vision we now live, paalam at maraming salamat po, aming Kapitan.
- In a print ad that they released back in 1999, this statement: "Among our finest achievements is keeping Filipinos together for the past 45 years."
- In another manner, the 2000 Annual Report, which is also a tribute to some of the network's most valuable employees and who recall very vivid memories of several defining moments in their career:
- Maan Macapagal (then a researcher and now a reporter) and Val Cuenca (a cameraman), who were abducted by an armed militia which inadvertedly became an eye-opener to the real story as they werein the middle of the Mindanao hostage crisis in 2000;
- Bong Teodoro, a cameraman who ended up in an incident which involved a wall of garbage collapsing on him just as the first episode of Pangako Sa 'Yo was being taped but was miraculously unscathed;
- Dong Pere, then Lead Man of Creative Creatures, Inc, the set production arm of ABS-CBN, whose humility, hardwork, determination and resourcefulness made him a valuable employee even though he only spoke Ilonggo;
- Erwin and Cecille Flores, then Star Leaders of ABS-CBN Consumer Products, which managed to help the company with their direct sales program even with a full-time job;
- David Oro, reporter for Radyo Patrol, who managed to save with his timely first aid procedures a man who as injured by another man who hacked him in the arm with his pole;
- Dindo Amparo, former war correspondent, who managed to save five agonized children in the midst of the brutal and merciless MILF war in 1999;
- Bibot Nolan, former AVP for New Market Development for ABS-CBN International (now ABS-CBN Global), who succeeded in bringing ABS-CBN's The Filipino Channel to the Middle East even with issues involving office locations, getting subscribers, cultural differences between him and his Arab employees, installation problems, and equipment;
- Conrad Gaspar, former Traffic Supervisor of Studio 23 (now ABS-CBN Sports + Action), whose dedication to work was tested in the midst of his wife giving birth to her second child, and;
- Thong Flores, then Chief Administrator who worked at ABS-CBN since 1964, and who recalls the network being shut down in 1972 just as Buhay Artista was being taped over at Studio 5 and when he saved the equipment from being damaged by the water sprinklers just as one of its studios caught fire in 1988, even if it resulted in him suffocating from the smoke.
- "Ama ng Diyos, nandito pa rin ako." (By Gods' grace, I am still here).
- The 2009 Christmas Station ID, named "Bro, Ikaw Ang Star Ng Pasko", despite it being an Ear Worm as well.
- Thank You, Ang Babait Ninyo. That is all.
