Ahegao

Ahegao (アヘ顔) is a term in manga and anime for an exaggerated facial expression during sex to show ecstasy. Characters are usually depicted with rolling or crossed eyes, protuding tongue, slightly reddened face, and may even include heart eyes or pupils. It is often associated with being "fucked silly" and sexpog, and is thus known as very lewd and sometimes disturbing. Yet, in the West, there are many cases of people not recognizing this connotation, such as parents buying works and merchandise depicting it for their kids, or teens doing the expression on their social media.
