- Break the Cutie: He was captured rather than killed, then handed to the already hardened Naozumi who had him as a mix of Sex Slave and Replacement Goldfish for Natsuki. According to Naozumi himself, Shirou never yielded to him: he first attempted to understand his "lord"'s broken psyche and then to use this to try helping both Naozumi and his fellow Christians... but when Naozumi realized that he was falling for Shirou, he was so shaken that he strangled the poor dude to death, and then threw his lifeless body into the sea.

- Broken Bird: Despite being the mistress of Matsukura and pretty much have all the riches she wanted, she always felt lonely and empty. Seeing one of "Shirou"'s miracles made her start to regain hope.
- Hooker with a Heart of Gold: She's actually a Nice Girl, when you get to know her. She's actually so nice that it almost gets her killed: Matsukura thought that she was too kind to the peasants AND thought she was cheating on him with Eiji (she DOES like the boy, but hasn't slept with him), so he threw her and a pregnant woman into a Drowning Pit. Which, you know, is the tragedy that kicked off the Shimabara Rebellion itself.
- The Mistress: She's referred to as "the prostitute of the castle" as despite her great beauty Kichou actually was an "aishou", a lord's lover in a lower rank than legal wives and prostitutes.
