  • Before making a single edit, Tropedia EXPECTS our site policy and manual of style to be followed. Failure to do so may result in deletion of contributions and blocks of users who refuse to learn to do so. Our policies can be reviewed here.
  • All images MUST now have proper attribution, those who neglect to assign at least the "fair use" licensing to an image may have it deleted. All new pages should use the preloadable templates feature on the edit page to add the appropriate basic page markup. Pages that don't do this will be subject to deletion, with or without explanation.
  • All new trope pages will be made with the "Trope Workshop" found on the "Troper Tools" menu and worked on until they have at least three examples. The Trope workshop specific templates can then be removed and it will be regarded as a regular trope page after being moved to the Main namespace. THIS SHOULD BE WORKING NOW, REPORT ANY ISSUES TO SelfCloak. DON'T MAKE PAGES MANUALLY UNLESS A TEMPLATE IS BROKEN, AND REPORT IT THAT IS THE CASE. PAGES WILL BE DELETED OTHERWISE IF THEY ARE MISSING BASIC MARKUP.

Cquote1

"Ttthat thing just shot that other thing."

Tie Zombie, in this comic
Cquote2
  • Bus Crash: Nick and Bullet show up two comics in a row, then never appear again. Word of God states that they were shot. Together.
  • Butt Monkey: TZ
  • Cloudcuckoolander: Caboose and Venex.
  • Cool Shades: Harvey wears round, blue-tinted shades all the time. He probably even wears them to bed too.
  • Dark and Troubled Past: Tie Zombie's past (shown in a flashback here) doesn't exactly seem all smiles and rainbows.
  • Dropped a Bridge on Him: Several Characters fall under this trope, specifically characters belonging to an ex-author.
    • Ignus Unis ends up digging his own grave when the hole he makes in the ground caves in, killing him.
    • White Darkness apparently had a vacuum with him, which he forgot to turn off. It eventually found him and sucked him up.
    • One Shot Characters Bullet and Nick are both shot off-screen, and their killer is never revealed. Meanwhile, Mauris becomes a 'duck-hunt duck'.
  • Evil Minions: Black Light has a seemingly endless supply of round silver robots called Drones.
  • Flash Forward/Flash Back: Time keeps skipping around in this comic
  • MacGuffin: The giant gemstone seen here
  • Near-Death Experience: Count Bleck in the vacuum of space, after his ship was destroyed. He was rescued by the trickster god SB in the nick of time, which makes it seem far more than a mere coincidence.
  • No Name Given: Tie Zombie's name is not given. He's simply referred to by what he is: A tie zombie.
  • Not Quite Dead: Normally when this happens, you'd think good ol' Koffington would be dead
  • OOC Is Serious Business: The kind and caring Tie Zombie finally snaps in this comic.
  • Our Zombies Are Different: Tie Zombie (Type P). Rather than eat your brains he is far more likely to try and hurry you to safety while bandaging your wounds.
  • Professional Killer: Both Virulent and Harvey are this.
  • Red Oni, Blue Oni: Despite being best friends for several years, Koffington and Chester are almost complete opposites. While Koffington is usually cheerful and kind, Chester is aggressive and sometimes grumpy.
  • Sinister Silhouettes: In this comic We see a mysterious figure standing on the moon. This figure blows up Count Bleck's ship with a projectile.
  • The Homeward Journey: The reason why Tie Zombie has teamed up with Koffington and company.
  • The Medic: Tie Zombie patches up Koffington after he gets shot by Harvey
  • The Trickster: Oh hello there SB.
  • The Voiceless: Although he does have the ability of speech, Harvey has not spoken once. There's the occasional grunt every now and then, but nothing more.
