- Akira Okudaira, the deuteragonist of Aoi Hana, gets one in the first episode of the anime/first chapter of the manga. Fumi, the main character, is being accosted by a pervert on a local train. Akira stomps on his foot, hard enough to break his metatarsal bones. Keep in mind that at this point Ah-chan hasn't seen Fumi in about nine years, doesn't recognise her, and has only a vague memory of who she was in the first place: Akira would have done this if it were any other girl. Also an Establishing Character Moment for Ah-chan.
