The entire point of the post-credits scene in Ant-Man and The Wasp being so suspensful is that going in and out of the Quantum Realm is an elaborate, complicated process. You CAN'T just press a single button to remove someone from the Quantum Realm (if you could, then Hank wouldn't have taken as long as he did in freeing Janet).
