In the year 1982, the world is a sandy landscape, where most of it is chaotic. There are only four government buildings who regulate the rules, which are already loose. This planet is named Diren, in a universe unlike our own. Genetic Engineer Doctor Craig MacAngus thought to create a superhuman who would help enforce the laws, but it backfires. Beck had joined the chaos, and banded a rebellion for complete freedom.
