- Adaptation Displacement: The anime is generally more well known than the game, which is quite obscure but is nontheless well liked among the fans due to its depth and exciting storyline, something that are not normally found in H-Games.
- Alternate Character Interpretation: Reika Kitami. Either she's a tragic villain who jumped off of the slippery slope or a Complete Monster who just happened to have a sad past.
- Awesome Music: The entire ost is pretty good for a hentai. It perfectly fits the morbid tone of the series. The main theme especially deserves a mention for being one of the most epic osts composed for a hentai.
- Creepy Awesome: The main antagonist Kitami. She's definitely an unsettling villain but her status as a Magnificent Bitch makes you love nearly every scene she's in.
- Designated Hero: Minase comes across as this at first. Not only was he completely willing to help out a creepy sex cult but he also hurt his childhood love interest Kurumi Imari's feelings by having sex with another girl named Rika Shiraki behind her back. He gets better though as the series progresses.
- Draco in Leather Pants: Yes Kitami did have one of the most tragic backstories of any hentai villain. Being gangraped when she was younger and traumatized by nearly getting sacrificed by a sex cult. However that does not change the fact that she's a completely different person now who has no problem having other girls gangraped for her own amusement.
- Evil Is Sexy: Even people who aren't normally into Futas have a hard time resisting Kitami.
- Ensemble Darkhorse: Yukiko, despite her limited screentime, is generally the most popular character and is voted as the one with the best scene (warning,NSFW link). Saeki isn't too far behind either.
- So Bad It's Good: The English dub is so extremely bad that it unintentionally ends up turning the anime into a comedy. With sex. Very disturbing violent creepy sex.
- Well, New Testament is decent and Only probably has the best voice acting in the English series. The other two, however...
