- No Export for You: The game was never released outside of North America, not even in Ukraine where the game was partially developed.
- One-Hit Wonder: Stellar Stone made no fewer than eight games, including two more racing games (one before and one after this one). They also made two civil war themed RTS games, a pinball game and a puzzle game. Despite all of this, Big Rigs was the only one to get any notoriety, and it's practically impossible to find anyone who is aware of this.
