- There are a couple of disturbing 3D close-up shots of a cockroach undergoing mutation after being infected.

- For starters, Claus and Roger finally escapes from Raccoon City safely... and then the former gets impaled to the chest by a tentacle. Roger then turns his face to the camera, revealing that he actually has two faces; his own and Dr. Cameron′s, with enlarged pustules and spikes growing out of it.
- This is then followed up with Cameron using her tentacles to bloodily pierce and impale his face until it becomes completely distorted and covered in blood, before finally spraying the camera with blood and seguing into its title and end credits. By the way, that was literally the movie′s final shot.
