In Hanjuku Joshi, done by Mari to Ran in a gentle/erotic way.
In Change 123, when Mikiri starts smothering Ginga with her boobs (to prove to Ginga that boobs are not an obstacle to fighting, but actually an effective weapon), Combat Pragmatist Ginga defends against this by biting Mikiri's boob.
Played for Laughs in Fushigi Yuugi, when a feverish and delirious Miaka mistakes her caretaker Shouka's breast for a pork dumpling and attempts to chow down.

In Victory Gundam, Uso does this against Lupe Cineau while making his escape from her. In this case, it just looks painful.

In one of the Devilman OVAs, Amon rips off a female Demon's boobs and eats them. Ouch!
In Ninja Scroll Tessai actually fits an entire breast in his mouth before clamping down on it, leading to the slang "ninja scrolling" adopted in 2010. This scene was shown to Canadian children during the 1990s when Teletoon debuted.

Male version: On one episode of The Tonight Show, Jay has a wild animal expert as a guest who brought a cheetah with him. While Jay was petting the cheetah and listening to the expert's lore regarding the animal, he got bitten on the left side of his chest, leading him tospeculate that maybe the cheetah thought he was its mom.
