Bully Dance is a short film made in 2000 by Janet Perlman and produced by the National Film Board of Canada. Despite a lack of dialogue, the film tells a story about a bully targeting a smaller schoolmate. As the film progresses, there seems to be a mob mentality among members of the community. However, things soon take a turn for the worst that catches the attention of the community, leading to the motive behind the bullying of a weaker schoolmate.
The video can be found at NFB's website.
