The Capt'n and Hugo
Capt'n Crazy is a German comic strip by Matthias Schäfer which appeared in the comic magazine Comicaze (from Munich) and on the review site highlightzone. It's about the life of Capt'n Crazy and his roommate / friend Hugo, the rat.
