Chikao Ohtsuka is one of the oldest and veteran seiyu in the business. He is Akio Ohtsuka's father, and they've worked together in several series, making them a rare pair of father-son working in tandem in the business (and the son is actually OLD enough to get married). He has been the signature voice of Dr. Eggman/Robotnik in the Sonic the Hedgehog games.
