  • In Civilization IV, the narrator is none other than Leonard Nimoy himself, with Sid Meier taking his place with expansion-exclusive narrations.
  • Civilization V meanwhile features the voice-work of British actor William Morgan Sheppard. Aka, Xanatos' father.
• Promoted Fanboy: Jon Shafer became the lead designer of Civilization V at age 25, after growing up playing the first installments of the series.
