Danger Babe Central is a pornographic Web Comic series created by Mr. X. The series that started in the late '90s is mostly made of comics created using 3D modeling, although are several issues made using 2D drawing. The comic series follows the many misadventures of various female Superheroes, the most known among them being Ms. Americana and Got Gal. Usually their crusades in crime fighting has the heroines pitied against perverted super-villains and mutant monsters. Almost always these exploits will result in the heroes having to go through many sexual situations like bondage, forced sex, and even mutant impregnation. Several of the bigger stories will provide a "winning" and "losing" ending.
The series was inspired by the superhero related TV shows, movies, and comics of the '70s and '80s. Many of these story take place in the fictional Delta City, where the majority of the heroine reside. The web comic is currently still ongoing.
Comics can be viewed and bought on Danger Babe Central's official website (link here) and on Superheroine Center (link here).
The tropes below cover some of the major works.
The Series in General[]
- Action Girl: All of the Superheroes are this, although in many stories has them fall under Faux Action Girl.
- Affectionate Parody: You would not expect this from a porn comic, but Crimewave a very faithful and lovingly crafted erotic parody of the old Batman TV show down to a guest appearance while Flag Girl and Ms. America do the wall-climbing bit.
- Babies Ever After: If the bad guys don't try to outright dispatch of the heroines, this is usally what they have in store for them.
- Brainless Beauty: Although none of heroines are particularly stupid, they do frequently let their hubris gets the best of them and never to compensate for their Logical Weaknesses.
- That being said, some of the sidekicks, especially Flag Girl and Spectre Girl, are regularly portrayed as rather slow and vapid Valley Girl types.
- Breaking the Fourth Wall: Happens repeatedly when the heroines and villains themselves comment on the fact that they are in a Halloween story that doesn't have to make sense, question why they always fight in the same locations (like the artist hasn't got money for more poser backgrounds) or comment on a certain behavior being as if they were in a Mr. X story.
- Clothes Make the Superman: Several of the super heroines needs a special item to access their superpowers like Ms.Americana's power belt and Got Gal's Got emerald that she keeps attached to her bikini top. Of course, the Logical Weakness here is that taking these items from them would easily de-power the heroes, something that several villains have exploited many, many times.
- Covers Always Lie: In "Mysterious invaders", on the cover there are about 5 humanoid aliens, in the actual story there are only two.
- Covert Pervert: Pretty much every super-heroine is this. Which is meant to explain why a bunch of scantily clad women continuously keep going after villains who are well known rapist and mutant monsters that want to mate with them.
- Cruel Mercy : Villains rarely kill heroines, but it's not out of kindness. The heroine's fate can range from simple humiliation (Being released somewhere, but naked.), to punishments that are worse than death (Being turned into baby factories. Sometimes for monsters or demons.)
- Easily Forgiven : Surprisingly for a villain, Nightmare Witch in the bad ending of "Mirror Mirror" doesn't seem to hold a grudge against the Thunderbirds for raping her, and even lets them keep Rose as a sex toy.
- Evil Is One Big Happy Family: In the bad ending of "Mirror, Mirror", most of the villains have formed an alliance under the leadership of Nightmare Witch (Including the Thunderbirds who had raped her), with the exception of The Geek who was arrested, and Rose who was punished and eventually sold for helping "Americana" escape.
- Express Delivery: Women impregnated by the mutant monsters in the stories tend to give birth in just a matter of hours.
- Face Full of Alien Wing-Wong: Many of the monsters and mutants uses human women to produce their offspring. A particular notable explain are the "hip humpers" which are Captain Ersatz to Alien's facehuggers.
- Failure Is the Only Option: It's a pornographic comic series about superheroines. Even if they (sometimes) get a good outcome at the end, they usually lose several times on the way to that result.
- Faux Action Girl: Despite most of the protagonists being professional superheroes, they tend to be frequently defeated and humiliated by the villains more often than not. Its not until the end of the story are they able to pull off a win and then they can invoke Written by the Winners.
- Flag Bikini: Ms. Americana's signature outfit. Her sidekick Flag Girl also wears this.
- Healing Factor: Apparently all the superheroes have this, although some are much more stronger than others.
- Hot Scoop: Got Gal's civilian identity, Tanya O'Donnel, is a news reporter while her Sidekick, Got Chic/Anita Jackson is her camerawoman.
- I Meant to Do That: In "Happy 4th of July", Americana is easily defeated and molested by the villains who are so into it, they do not notice the police arriving. Ms. Americana, of course, declares that this was her plan all along. Something similar happens in "Enter The Befuddler".
- Just Eat Gilligan : In "A Rose by any other name", Green Specter, and Specter Girl, end up defeating the villains using gas pellets, when Specter Girl mentions that they should use them from the start, Green Specter considers that there is no fun in doing that.
- Kick the Son of a Bitch : In "Mirror Mirror", the thunderbirds unknowingly rape the villain Nightmare Witch (They think she's American), then rape the villain Rose, and in the bad ending sell her into slavery to the Mexicans.
- Female Misogynist: Female villains have no problem enslaving other women.
- Gory Discretion Shot : In the bad ending of "Mirror Mirror" it is mentioned that Green Specter and his daughter were brutally executed, but it is not shown outright.
- Lovely Angels: Many of the superhero duos form these like Ms. Americana and Flag Girl, Got Gal and Got Chic, Green Specter and Specter Girl, etc.
- Mars Needs Women: Pretty much all of the mutant monsters in these comics need human women in order to reproduce.
- Mistaken for An Imposter: After Wonder Woman was humiliatingly defeated by a group of Arm Dealers, some policemen appear who assume she is a prostitute cosplaying, she decides to play along to protect her reputation, but quickly regrets it when she is arrested for prostitution and robbery.
- Most Common Super Power: As expected from a pornographic comic series about superheroes, all of the heroines are very busty.
- No Celebrities Were Harmed: Paula Milton in "Cat Toy" is clearly a send-off of Paris Hilton. Also, "Sarah Palin" makes a guest appearance in "Crimewave".
- Series Mascot: Ms. Americana.
- Parody: The web comic series is a loose parody superhero stories from the 70s and '80s, and has a very tongue in cheek tone.
- Police Are Useless: Played with. Although they rarely manage to arrest a villain, their arrival causes the villains to flee and thus stop raping the heroine.
- Puny Earthlings: In "Mysterious Invaders", Alpha Woman tries to defied this by defeating some aliens, only to realize that her blows do nothing to them.
- Rape Is a Special Kind of Evil: Averted. As this is a pornographic comic series, rape is treated as an expected part of the job should the heroines lose.
- Reality Ensues: Many times when heroines lose their powers, they will try to fight henchmen without them, only to be easily defeated. No matter how determined they are, they are still women fighting against men twice their size, and they are outnumbered.
- In the end of "Rise of the Council", while Elsa puts an absolutely brutal beatdown on Ms. Americana she mocks her, saying: "I might as well be fighting a Playboy bunny right now."
- Small Name, Big Ego: When Mr. Castanda is beating Wonder Woman up, he presumes that he could beat Batman, even whe he is only winning because Wonder Woman is depowered and her hands are tied.
- Stalker with a Test Tube: Many of the villains are this toward the super-heroine. The most well known example being the Dragon Queen towards Got Gal, as villainess see as the perfect test subject for her Super Breeding Programs.
- Stripperiffic: The majority of the superhero costume here are basically a bunch of colorful bikinis.
- Superhero: All of the protagonist are this. The web comic as a whole is a pornographic parody of the superhero genre.
- Superpowerful Genetics: The Aphrodite Gene that the superheroes share. Anyone with this gene is expect gain enhanced strength, endurance, stamina, and even a Healing Factor. Women get the fully benefit of the gene, hence why all the superheros are exclusively female in this world. However, due to their super-powered genetics, many villains like the Dragon Queen make to their goal the capture the heroine use them as Baby Factory to create powerful new mutations.
- Throw the Dog a Boone : Despite the dark, which is the alternate ending of "Mirror Mirror", Azure Angel gets a good ending, not only is she not raped and/or executed by some villain, but she also manages to arrest to the Geek.
- Ungrateful Bastard: Professor lactosanova. Alpha girl and Alpha woman, save him from the Geek, and he in return uses them as experiment subjects to create a better serum.
- You Have Failed Me : In the good ending of "Mirror Mirror", The Warlock rapes Nightmare Witch, because her incompetence ruined his plans.
- You Have Outlived Your Usefulness : In the bad endings of "Mirror Mirror", this occurs to Americana after she can no longer sire any more children for Warlock, although it varies depending on the ending, in the standard bad ending, she is left at the mercy of the cops to serve life in prison for crimes she didn't commit, while in the darker ending, she is killed by the Nightmare Witch.
- Written by the Winners: The main reason why most of the heroines have not become laughing stocks by now seeing as they are Faux Action Girl who are constantly being defeated and humiliated by the villains they face. So long as they can pull off the win at the end of story, they can have the media exaggerate their victories and omit out their losses to make themselves look competent to the eyes of the public.
- Xanatos Gambit: The mayor uses reverse psychology to convince Ms. America to fight the Mischief-bots, if she wins it means they won't have to worry about the bots anymore, but if the bots win, it means they will be too busy fucking her so they don't they'll have time to steal, so they won't have to worry about the robots anyway.
Got Gal vs Fishmen From The Deep[]
- Antagonistic Offspring: Over the course of the story, each of the heroines, Got Gal, Got Chic, and Hexanna, were forcibly impregnated and gave birth to mutant fishmen that they end up battling against at the climax of the story.
- Big Bad: Dragon Queen.
- Bishonen Line: Each generation of fishmen, especially if they are an offspring of one of the super-heroines, becomes more powerful and gains more human-like features. The first batch of fishmen that showed up were very animalistic in appearance with gaunt physics. When these fishmen impregnate Got Chic and Hexanna, their "children" grew to have a more humanoid appearances and are a bit corpulent. They proved to be much stronger than the last generation encountered. Got Chic and Hexanna's "spawns" would then raped and impregnate Got Gal. As a result, Got Gal's "son" was the largest, most muscular, and strongest fishman of them all. It also had the most "human" appearance out of all the fishmen.
- Bioweapon Beast: Dragon Queen's fishmen are essentially this. There were created for combat and fast reproduction.
- Fighter, Mage, Thief: The 3 heroine of this story, Got Gal, Hexanna, and Got Chic actually fits into this pretty well. Got Gal has the best Super Strength making her the Fighter, Hexanna is a sorceress with magic abilities making the her the Mage, and Got Chic who is weaker than Got Gal but is more limber making her the Thief.
- Fish People: Naturally, the "Fishmen From The Deep"
- Guest-Star Party Member: The sorceress, Hexanna, serves as this to the crime fighting duo of Got Gal and Got Chic for this adventure.
- Hoist by His Own Petard: In the "Winning ending", Dragon Queen ends up being kidnapped and raped by the strongest Fishmen,
- Invincible Villain: Got Gal's "son", he is the strongest Fishmen being able to sweep the floor with the 3 heroines at the same time, and they only "won" because he decided to pursue his creator Dragon Queen instead of raping them.
- Multiple Endings: One of the earliest comics to have a "Wining" and "Losing" ending.
- One-Gender Race: The fishmen, as they need mate with human women in order to create their offspring.
- The Protagonist: Got Gal.
