When Sheldon is framed by Randolph for attending a Nazi Rally, Nora at first believes it. However the second she hears an inkling of Randolph's involvement, he runs to the bar in an effort to look for Burke. While she was there, you see Tommy Cotter trying her hardest to comfort her cousin Spinner, who sobbingly doesn't believe the rumors. When Nora let's them know what Randolph did, Tommy busts into Angelo's apartment and makes him confess. This is awesome on both counts because it shows, Nora is more than just a corporate jerk and it also shows how much Cotter cares about both Spinner and Sheldon.
Sheldon himself has had awesome momenta. When he first got the gig at Kidnet, he had little to no say on how his Smoochy character was gonna be handled. The costumes and set pieces being the only thing he had creative control over. Whereas Kidnet was pushing hard to squeeze every bit of merchandise out of his hands from ice cream to toys. Which he himself didn't like because he wanted to create a show, that while silly would send positive messages to children. During the cookie segment of a recent show, Smoochy and Nora get into an argument on whether or not the lyrics should be changed to promote nutrition or sugar. All the while Rainbow Randolph hatches a scheme in an effort to get Smoochy fired. Sheldon not only sticks to his guns, but inadvertently exposes Randolph's plan, which involved switching the cookies from friendly shapes like hearts and stars to penis shaped. Sheldon dismisses the shape as a rocket ship causing Randolph to flip out and come on stage trying to explain what it really was. The resulting frenzy is used to his advantage by his agent Burke Benning to get him not only more creative control, but also make him executive producer and giving him the corporate penthouse. After Sheldon was absolved from the Nazi frame-up, he decides to agree to an Ice Show. Something he's dreaded before, only this time he's doing it to restore the Coney Island Methadone Clinic he first worked at. To sweeten the deal, he's offered (Healthy) snacks and merchandise absolutely for free of charge.
