Die Roten Strolche ("The red scoundrels") is a Comic Strip that was published in the German satirical magazine Titanic right before the federal elections of 1994. It made fun of Rudolf Scharping, the then-candidate of the SPD (against Helmut Kohl) who was perceived as too unassertive. As if he didn't really want to win.
