Dropout is a 2012 Hentai manga series written and drawn by Fan no Hitori. It's a collection of erotic stories, mostly involving group rape. The stories are the following:

Dropout: In the future, Japan is suffering from a declining workforce. To fight that, the government establishes a new law designed to cultivate and utilize social resources as best as possible: for those who fails to get accepted into a university this means menial labour, and for those who are exceptionally attractive, it means forced sexual labour. Nimi is a student who has crush on the top beauty of his school, Reika Shichijo, but was never able to properly talk to her before graduating. However, thanks to the Dropout system, Reika is now his personally assigned sex slave.

Surrogate Squad: Secretly, a squad of soldiers are dealing with the threat of evil spirits who threaten mankind. Captain Airis lead a mission to rescue women kidnapped by these evil spirits: but when they discover ogres raping those kidnapped women, before they can take further action squad member Marika bretrays them.

Wild Beastly West: In a world where demi-humans are slaves in "the southern states" but also free in "the northern states", a bounty hunter comes to a southern city where demi-humans are enslaved to hunt down the criminal Bob Aldrich, wanted in the North. But things go south when it's discovered she's secretly a demi-human.

Inmushi no Ikenie: Agent Aina is caught in an ambush thanks to an information leak. Caught and kidnapped, her captors start torturing her to discover the identity of the mole in their organization.

Man Eater: Eve and Claire are adventurers who take a quest to kill a centaur who seems to be attacking people. They seem to kill the beast, but the horse part of the monster simply spits out the human one and tries to eat Eve.

Shell Shock: Captain Livel is a dark elf captain investigating the appearance of magical beasts. To her shock, she discovers those magical beasts are of a summoned type, a kind who only her should know about.

Stampede: Fujiki is the vice-president of his school's student council. Behind the president's back, he made a request for his school to be included into the new reproduction increasing law, a law which forces female students to please the male students sexually, no matter the fetish, local or place.

Serialized by Comic Unreal. The namesake manga story was adapted into a two part OVA in 2016 by Edge.

Tropes used in Dropout include:
  • Absurdly Powerful Student Council: Fujiki. He somehow got a law passed that made all the women in the institute (including teachers) sex slaves.
  • All Guys Want Cheerleaders: In Stampede, despite their rape of cheerleaders being authorized by a law which demands impregnation, male students are shown to go out of their way to avoid impregnating them because they want to use them for more time. That only means instead they ejaculate on different orifices.
  • The Atoner: Alam speculates if that is what Kiel wanted to be by becoming a police captain of a district of refugees of the war where both fought
  • Bizarre Sexual Dimorphism: Seigel and Cecil. Technically they are of the same species, the former looks like a Minotaur, while she looks like a human woman with small cow ears that can be hidden with a hat.
  • Bittersweet Ending: Shell Shock. The demons die as a product of a self-destruct mechanism present in Alam's body and they will not attack anybody anymore. But nothing changes the cruelty that both Alam and Kiel committed in the war and both Kiel and her Lieutenant admit they will still go to hell.
  • Brains and Bondage:
    • One must notice Reika is very smart and willingly decided to submit herself to be "owned".
    • Nimi is also smart (that is why someone as pretty as Reika is his slave, the system is merit-based) and put her on a leash and a shameful bondage sex slave outfit once he decides to fully unleash his own desires.
  • Catgirl: Marika has cat girls and ears.
  • Curb Stomp Battle: Seigel vs Cecil. He knocks her out in one fell swoop.
  • Double Agent: Marika become one against her will, being mind-broken by being raped monsters until she willingly gave all the information the enemy needed to capture her squadmates.
  • Downer Ending:
    • Surrogate Squad: The squad are repeatdly raped and impregnated without prospect of escape. It is also implied they will fo through further humiliation by their violations being filmed and sold as pornography.
    • Wild Beastly West: Cecil has been enslaved and is now raped constantly.
    • Inmushi no Ikenie: Aina has been completely broken by her captors. As you can see, it's a constant theme.
    • Stampede: Niki gets away with everything and even gets to impregnate the student council president that he had a crush into.
    • Man-Eater: Both Eva and Claire are turned in the title character and presumably will be killed as the previous host.
  • Happiness In Slavery:
    • Reiko is very happy with being a Dropout.
    • In a more dramatic variation, the other female characters often end up being happy in their situation after being mentally broken.
  • Hot Teacher: Stampede. The female teacher on the story is very cute and has a curvaceous body.
  • Humanoid Female Animal: The Demi-humans. The only male that appears has a Minotaur appearance, while the females are basically human females with certain extra characteristics such as ears, tails and, in the case of cows, large breasts. In fact, the protagonist could initially pose as a human, wearing a hat and covering her tail.
  • Mercy Kill: As Alam is already dying anyway, he requests Kiel to kill him and she complies.
  • Naughty Tentacles: Surrogate Squad, Man-Eater and Shell Shock all contain examples of this: in the first are low-level apparitions who resemble lovecraftian cratures, in the second is some kind of biological weapon, and in the third those are demons.
  • Nice Guy: Though he gets the benefits of a brutal dystopic system, Nimi wants nothing but the best for Reika. When he does cruel things to her, it's when he knows she will enjoy them.
  • Not So Different: Reika turned into a dropout in purpose after looking at an enslaved girl and realizing she wasn't so different from her, the two serving societal expectations. At least as a dropout she gets the pleasure she craves.
  • Puppeteer Parasite: Both Inmushi no Ikenie and Man-Eater feature those. In the first, it's a bug who drives the host to uncontrollable sexual desire. In the second, it's some kind of biological weapon that attacks humans, take control of their bodies while violating them, and then is overtaken by lust to attack others.
  • Orifice Invasion: The bug who takes control of Aina in Inmushi no Ikenie enters trough her left ear's opening.
  • Villain Protagonist: Niki gets the main focus on Stampede. He is a despicable, vengeful rapist, though he does admit feeling a little bit of guilt for the girls other than the council president.
