Electric R***** is an on-again, off-again webcomic which some consider to be incredibly offensive. With strips including characters such as Giant Naked Angry Hitler raping an elderly woman, Mr. Brown, a mild-mannered sociopathic killer, and a man who kidnaps a girl, fattens her on candy, and then ties her to train tracks while filming the disaster, it combines several tropes neatly. Of course, this is all done in MS Paint.
The comic has a rabid fanbase which posts at the forums, referred to as "gaybars", on the site. It has been removed from the internet several times and reappeared.
As of July 2020 an unofficial mirror of the comic can be found here; the actual comic appears to be in the midst of one of its periodic disappearances.
