- As a Continuity Nod to Fate:Apocrypha, Shakespeare is put into a suggestive bondage confinement AGAIN (courtesy of Archer of Shinjuku). When the Protagonist finds out, Shakespeare cannot help snarking about his own situation.
- During the party set up by the Assassin of Shinjuku, Artoria Alter proceeds to snarkly comments that Jeanne Alter's party dress makes her look like a witch. Become Hilarious in Hindsight when her sister Morgan La Fey's design is revealed in Apocrypha Anime.
- Even funnier: the main character is there too... and is crossdressing. Both Artoria and Jeanne have a field day with it.
- Back in CCC, Melt's Stripperiffic Thong of Shielding outfit was always treated by everyone (with the exception of Tamamo and Gil) as an Unusually Uninteresting Sight (especially compared to Passionlip's Gag Boobs). Here, this is subverted by the protagonist.
- Protagonist: By the way, that's actually a pretty amazing outfit you've got there.
- Meltlilith: It’s nothing unusual. It’s easy to move in, it doesn’t have any unnecessary cloth and, most importantly, it shows off my perfect form—It’s chaste and ladylike outfit suitable for the highest spec Alter Ego. In fact, I deserve to be complemented on it even more! No, you should complement me on it, so complement me! I believe I have the right to dream of that much as compensation, at least!
- Being called a bitch doesn't anger Medb in the slightest. Being called that she has no luck with men (by Passionlip) on the other hand..
- Some of the Protagonist's answer options can come off as very troll-like, even in somewhat serious situations. ie., Caligula's Interlude has him transforming the Protagonist's room into a Stalker Shrine for his niece Nero... and yet the Protagonist can choose to go along with it via yelling things related to Nero and Rome, much to poor Mash's increasing exasperation.
