- Ensemble Darkhorse: Ranger, for being played by Robert Englund.
- High Octane Nightmare Fuel: Most of the deaths are terrifying. Also, the rape scene with the giant maggot.
- Squick: Again, the worm rape scene.
- Vindicated by History: It's become a cult classic. Also the excellent release from Shout! has cleaned up the film and shown that a lot of work has gone into the sets.
