Season 1[]
- The series gets off to a running start by having Maya coach Riley on how to skip class.
- Farkle's solution to get Missy away from Lucas in "Girl Meets Sneak Attack"? Show Some Leg.
- In "Girl Meets Maya's Mother", Stuart Minkus returns. He and Topanga go right back to competing over who has the better grades. When it turns out that Minkus and Farkle have an extra A than Topanga and Riley, the competition then becomes whose kid is taller.
- When Farkle is revealed to be Minkus' son, there's a girl behind Lucas who looks as though she can't comprehend what she's seeing.
- "Girl Meets Brother"
- After Maya and Riley don't make the cheer squad, Maya asks what those weird white things are. They're her legs. The last time Riley saw something that white was when she looked directly into the sun.
- Riley's attempts at teenage rebellion? Coming home at 7:07pm (her curfew was at 7pm) and buying a t-shirt that says "bleh!". Not only are Cory and Topanga unable to keep a straight face, Cory playfully scolds for Maya for underperforming in her role as a Toxic Friend Influence. Maya takes a few pillows and coats home as a result.
- Cory and Topanga teach Riley a lesson in responsibility using an egg. Riley names it "Amanda McScrambleface", gives it a personality...and then Topanga smashes it. The next morning, Cory makes scrambled eggs for breakfast, and Riley names each person's plate a part of "Amanda's" family. Topanga, Maya, and Auggie turn in their plates, at which point Cory takes them out for pancakes.
- "Girl Meets Home for the Holidays"
- Cory turning into a little giggling schoolgirl as he waits for Shawn. Even Topanga gets in on teasing him about the Ho Yay.
- When Shawn meets Farkle, he and Cory legitimately consider that he could be a clone of Stuart Minkus.
- And just the way Shawn delivers the line, "Minkus reproduced!?"
Season 2[]
- "Girl Meets the New World" has Riley's hilarious New York Knicks rant. If you're gonna be in the garden, you better represent the Knicks!
- "Girl Meets Pluto"
- Cory (lying about having a terminal illness) calls up Shawn so they can drive down to Philadelphia and dig up their old time capsule. Shawn grabs a shovel and lunges at Cory. He was in Philadelphia!
- The Riley Committee exists to shield her from troubling information. Such as Pluto now being a dwarf planet.
- Not knowing what a time capsule was, Riley found it within an hour yet kept everyone digging.
- Shawn and Cory still point at Feeny in perfect sync.
- FEENAY! FEE-HEE-HEE-HEENAY!
- "Girl Meets Mr. Squirrels." This is when Eric Matthews comes back.
- Eric's first line "I have been summoned."
- Riley's response? "STRANGER!" followed by her blowing a rape whistle. Far from being intimated, Eric simply blows his own.
- Riley telling Topanga that there's a caveman at the door. She instantly knows who Riley is talking about and tells her to treat Eric like a zoo animal.
- In the time between Riley slamming the door in Eric's face and Cory opening it, Eric's log has been replaced by balloons and he delivers the dry line "Ah you missed the whole parade."
- "EVERYBODY LOOK AT ME!"
- Eric was elected as mayor of St. Upidtown in a landslide victory. As in everyone who was not killed by a landslide voted for him.
- Eric being unable to remember Maya's name.
- After hearing what caused the conflict, Lucas called Maya short, Eric instantly gives up. That's not a taunt, that's an objective fact. After some prodding he then tries to both stretch out Maya (to make her taller) and compress Riley. For bonus points, tomboy Maya looks very uncomfortable while girly girl Riley doesn't appear to feel anything
- Is Cory explaining something to Topanga? Auggie later covers his father's mouth when he has the bright idea to do it again.
- Eric using Maya's hair as tissue paper.
- Maya throws a paper ball at Farkle. He responds with ball gun.
- Zay's constant harping on his flat butt during the conversation about everyone's insecurities.
- "Girl Meets Fish" end with the revelation that no one in the class is competent enough to prevent a fish from dying over a weekend. Fish Store Phil now just calls all the fish "Chelsea" to save time.
- Though it merits an entry on the Tear Jerker page, "Girl Meets Yearbook" has several.
- As Farkle, or should we say, "Donnie Barnes, Regular Guy", demonstrates, yes you can just turn around and become someone else. For added points, Farkle was apparently just wearing everything he needed to pass as "Donnie Barnes" right under his regular clothes.
- Both Cory and Lucas covering their eyes and just praying that everything is back to normal when they enter the classroom.
- Katy's imitation of Riley.
- Cory shouting in terror when he sees Maya acting as Riley.
- As Lucas begs his friends to be themselves again, Cory interjects that he'll give him an "A" if he finds some way to tie it into Iceland or Greenland.
- But none of that even begins to compare to Riley's gothic persona of "Morotia M. Black." Take Riley's Large Ham tendencies and dial them Up to Eleven. Her empty soul is haunted by "scary jack-o-lanterns... and candy corn."
- What does the second "M" stand for? "Morotia."
- "NoTHing weeee do maTTersss."
- "Girl Meets Cory and Topanga"
- Riley's fake sleep walking to eat spaghetti. Cory and Topanga aren't fooled for a second.
- This becomes a Brick Joke later when Riley finds Auggie under her covers eating said spaghetti.
- Riley falling victim to the Schmuck Bait about a clown's flower. Jingles the clown actually feels bad about taking advantage of such trust while Maya just resignedly tells him to do it. Her facial expressions seal it.
- Justifying the Leaning on the Fourth Wall of digitally inserting Rowan and Sabrina into archive footage of "Boy Meets Girl" by Riley simply being that good a story teller.
- Riley's fake sleep walking to eat spaghetti. Cory and Topanga aren't fooled for a second.
- Despite mostly being an epic Tear Jerker, "Girl Meets Rileytown" has a few silly moments:
- "You'll come home to me after the war, right, darlin?" "Just give me the ice cream, Farkle."
- Maya, Lucas, and Farkle come into Riley's room through the bay window, but Zay uses the door. "It doesn't seem polite. Oh, and I took some cereal, you're almost out of milk."
- "Girl Meets Farkle" finally unveils Farkle's birth certificate. Lucas and Maya had a bet on whether or not it existed. Lucas won.
- "Girl Meets Commonism" can be neatly summarized as "Riley becomes a Communist." Cory and Topanga treat this as a very blasé situation, even after she wears Communist garb.
Season 3[]
- When Lucas, Zay and Farkle name their favorite movies in "Girl Meets Jexica":
- Lucas: "Butch Cassidy."
- Farkle: "Empire Strikes Back."
- Zay: "The Notebook." [Lucas and Farkle give him a look] Love never dies, man.
- "Girl Meets She Don't Like Me"
- The gym teacher's quotes while teaching health class: "All right, all you creepy little child-adults" and "You'll all pass no matter what. You know why? 'Cause if I fail ya, I gotta meet your parents. I don't want to meet your parents. I don't want to meet you."
- Farkle fainting in health class. According to the gym teacher, he's the only one who gets it.
- The look on Auggie's face after Riley explains to her family what she learned in health class.
- After Maya says that no one can control everything, Topanga enters.
- Maya softly singing to Riley and Topanga to calm them down.
- Smackle's explanation of Page 73 being bleeped and the looks on Riley, Maya, Farkle, Lucas, Zay and Cory's faces. If you pay attention to Maya, she's eagerly getting out a writing utensil.
- Riley choosing someone for Secret Santa in "Girl Meets a Christmas Maya." To start off there's Maya's completely insincere "Oh, please, Riley show me how" (when it comes to not showing any emotion after choosing a name), then Riley, in typical Large Ham manner, picks out a name, before Smackle instantly guesses it (it was Farkle).
- "Girl Meets Goodbye"
- Eric Matthews, somehow, managing to interpret Topanga getting a job offer in England as it being time for him to step up and "play" Topanga.
- His later, quite profound, advice of going to one's happy place ends with him revealing his is under the ocean.
- Smackle's smug and sarcastic response to Riley's ignorance of the role of uranium in nuclear fission as proof that she can't come between Smackle/Farkle
- In Boy Meets World, Lily Nicksay portrayed Morgan Matthews in the first two seasons before Lindsay Ridgeway took over the role. How to get around this? Just have both back.
- Eric Matthews, somehow, managing to interpret Topanga getting a job offer in England as it being time for him to step up and "play" Topanga.
Unsorted[]
- Riley in general. She's such a Large Ham that everything has the potential to become a barrel of laughs.
- Eric Matthews for President.
- Back to Girl Meets World
