- In the level Deconstruction, a foreman is trapped inside a porta-potty, tipped over, pushed into a hole in the ground and buried alive. Imagine suffocating inside a dark, shit-filled coffin.... truly a gruesome death, although... in all likelyhood he would have been crushed by the immense weight of the cement before he had too much time to suffer.
