- Growing the Beard: Ironically the last few chapters is where the story starts to pick up.
- Hilarious in Hindsight: Its funny how this manga draws a few similarities to One Piece especially considering that Oda once worked as an assistant to Nobuhiro. Will's rope weaponry actually predates OP's Paulie's before he appeared in the manga.
- Needs More Love: Seriously. A lot of review sites slam it just because its nothing they haven't seen before. Doesn't mean its not a good read.

- Tough Act to Follow: Indeed since this came right on the heels of the end of Kenshin.
