  • Crowning Moment of Awesome: Lucy once did the Mirror Routine... with HARPO MARX!!! Here.
  • Crowning Moment of Funny: Too many to list, especially since most of the famous ones have been so ingrained into popular culture that just about everyone can recognize them. The most iconic ones are the chocolate factory, Vitameatvegamin, the wine vat, and the rubber nose.
  • Funny Aneurysm Moment: Any episode that involves a joke about philandering, or Lucy and Ricky's marriage being in trouble, or both.
  • Harsher in Hindsight: For this troper, watching the episodes 'Lucy Meets Charles Boyer' and 'Lucy and Superman' are particularly saddening, knowing both Boyer and Reeves ended their own lives.
  • Large Ham: Lucy, any time she ends up on stage.
  • Memetic Mutation: From The Young Fans episode: "Keep jiggling, Peggy."
  • Seinfeld Is Unfunny: This show invented the modern sitcom, and every single sitcom that has ever existed since has borrowed something from the lexicon it created, to the point where things that were groundbreaking in the '50s are not even noticable, let alone edgy... unless you are wearing Nostalgia Glasses
    • And somewhat ironic for this trope, both the real and sitcom versions of Jerry Seinfeld have proudly noted having NEVER watched an episode of "I Love Lucy" in their lives.
