A Boys Love manga by the mangaka Uchida Kazuna; its original Japanese title is Boku wa Konomama Kaeranai and its story spans five volumes. It was licensed in English by Deux Press, an Aurora Publishing imprint, under the name I Shall Never Return. In 2006 it was adapted into a 40 minutes OVA by J.C.Staff, and licensed for North American consumption by Media Blasters.
Upbeat Ritsuro and downbeat Ken have been longtime friends. Although Ken leads a dark life of prostitution after dropping out of high school, Ritsuro still cares about him. When Ritsuro realizes that what Ken wants is something more than friendship he vacillates between Ken and his girlfriend Moeko, setting the stage for a bizarre love triangle.
