  • Before making a single edit, Tropedia EXPECTS our site policy and manual of style to be followed. Failure to do so may result in deletion of contributions and blocks of users who refuse to learn to do so. Our policies can be reviewed here.
  • All images MUST now have proper attribution, those who neglect to assign at least the "fair use" licensing to an image may have it deleted. All new pages should use the preloadable templates feature on the edit page to add the appropriate basic page markup. Pages that don't do this will be subject to deletion, with or without explanation.
  • All new trope pages will be made with the "Trope Workshop" found on the "Troper Tools" menu and worked on until they have at least three examples. The Trope workshop specific templates can then be removed and it will be regarded as a regular trope page after being moved to the Main namespace. THIS SHOULD BE WORKING NOW, REPORT ANY ISSUES TO Janna2000, SelfCloak or RRabbit42. DON'T MAKE PAGES MANUALLY UNLESS A TEMPLATE IS BROKEN, AND REPORT IT THAT IS THE CASE. PAGES WILL BE DELETED OTHERWISE IF THEY ARE MISSING BASIC MARKUP.

Characters from the Izuna universe.

Main Characters[]

Izuna[]

Cquote1

The main character of the series. She and her clan are ninjas without a master, who eventually find their way to Kamiari village in search of work. Izuna has mastered the use of swords, claws, and shurikens, but her attempts to seduce the locals leave a lot to be desired.

Cquote2

Shino[]

Cquote1

One of Izuna's traveling companions. She rarely shows emotion, but cares a lot for Izuna and tries to keep her from getting into trouble. In the second game, it is revealed that she has a younger sister named Shizune, who was spotted in the area.

Cquote2

Mitsumoto[]

Cquote1

Another of Izuna's traveling companions. While competent in a fight, Mitsumoto has terrible luck in just about every social endeavor, as he is casually dismissed and ignored by friend and villager alike.

Cquote2
  • Chew Toy
  • Hidden Eyes: His mask always covers them.
  • Master of None: In the second game, Mitsumoto can use any weapon and every character benefits from using a tag attack with him. He, however, gets no added benefits from using weapons, and takes damage whenever a tag attack is used.

Gen-An[]

Cquote1

Izuna, Shino and Mitsumoto's mentor. Like Shino, he is able to keep his cool in many situations, owed to his many years of being a ninja. He gets the worst of the effects of the curse in the first game, but is able to survive thanks to Izuna's heroics.

Cquote2

Gods[]

Shuuchi[]

Cquote1

 The Eastern God of Earth.

Cquote2

Fuuka[]

Cquote1

 The Eastern Goddess of Wind.

Cquote2
  • Blow You Away: During her boss battle, she uses tornadoes that blast Izuna across the arena.
  • Kick Chick: In the second game, she is limited to using shoes as equippable weapons, unlike other characters, who can use at least two types.

Kagen[]

Cquote1

 The Eastern God of Fire.

Cquote2

Suiren[]

Cquote1

 The Eastern Goddess of Water.

Cquote2

Utsuho[]

Cquote1

The Eastern God of the Void.

Cquote2
  • Green Thumb: His tag attack in the second game implies this.

Takushiki[]

Cquote1

The Eastern God of Consciousness, and master to the other five.

Cquote2
  • Jerkass Gods: The conflict of the first game starts out because Takushiki overreacted to Izuna's clan's defilement of the stone outside the village's temple. Once he's defeated, he has a Heel Realization, and apologizes.

Baldur[]

Cquote1

 The Western God Of Light.

Cquote2

Stella[]

Cquote1

 The Westren God of starlight.

Cquote2

Alte[]

  • Mama Bear: Borders on this after her sisters had been "bullied" by Izuna and company.

Anima[]

Cquote1

 The Western goddess of life.

Cquote2
