- JoJo's Bizarre Adventure has way more Ho Yay than is normal for a shounen series. Some of the more egregious examples (such as when Joseph and Avdol were magnetized, and when Narancia heard Mista saying "Giorno, not so hard") are often played for comedy's sake, and the Ho Yay is sometimes lampshaded by the characters in the situation.
- In general: Most of Dio's men towards Dio. 99.9% of the cast agrees that the man's got some serious chawryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyysma.
- Phantom Blood
- Dio declares that he plans to live gorgeously forever in the body of the only man he has ever respected. Also counts as major Foe Yay.
- In one scene, Zeppeli's arm gets frozen. Speedwagon lifts up his shirt and presses Zeppeli's arm to his abs, helping his circulation flow.
- Speedwagon declares his loyalty to Jonathan. Notably, Speedwagon never married, and the term "confirmed bachelor" was used to describe him.
- Battle Tendency:
- Messina saying that Caesar was worse than a girl when it comes to Joseph.
- Wham and ACDC giving Joseph their Wedding Rings of Death. In one scene, Wamuu tells Joseph that he waited a thousand years just to battle him, and is honored upon defeat.
- Stardust Crusaders:
- Jotaro and Kakyoin pretty much made CLAMP to be the way they are today. Canonically, they have shared a hotel room, along with Kakyoin tying up Jotaro with Hierophant Green.
- In one scene exclusive to the anime, Avdol tends to Jotaro's post-Anubis wounds by placing a bandage on his face.
- Bast magnetizing Joseph and Avdol together, especially when Avdol tries to slide off only to get caught by the neighborhood kids with his head stuck to Joseph's belt area.
- Polnareff and Avdol's questionable poses in certain artbook scans. The two also have a deep friendship, involving Avdol throwing himself into danger to save Polnareff. One scene has them "bond" by peeing down Cameo's breathing tube, the two of them laughing it off together.

- But of course! How about the scene where Yoshikage Kira walks into the bathroom while Hayato's bathing? Or even any piece of official art involving Kira and his stand Killer Queen for the matter.
- There's another piece of official art that has Killer Queen and The World dancing together in a rather provocative manner. And considering that their owners are both male...
- Josuke and Okuyasu have a strong friendship in the series, with the English dub using the term "Josuyasu duo" to describe them.
- In one scene, Aya tends to Yukako and calls her a beauty.
- Golden Wind:
- Bucciarati can taste your lies, by slowly licking Giorno's face and taunting him afterwards with bedroom eyes.
- Abbacchio tells Bruno that he's one of the few people that puts him at ease.
- Mista going "Stop, Giorno. Please be more gentle. Ahhh! Not so rough! Don't take off my clothes!" could be very misleading. Narancia totally believes that something else was going on.
- Diavolo calls Doppio precious multiple times.
- Tizani and Squallo.
- Stone Ocean:
- Enrico Pucci can't help but be affected by Dio's gravity. The two of them have a deeply intimate friendship that involves talking about philosphy and lounging shirtless in bed. Before his death, Dio trusted Pucci enough to gift him with the Arrow.

- In one scene, Jobin licks Josuke's eyeball after a game of beetle battling.
- Mitsuba gropes Yasuho's chest during the Dr. Wu and Awaking Third Leaves arc, commenting on her looks.
