The 2017-2018 Kamen Rider series and the nineteenth and final full entry in the franchise's Heisei era. It is the twenty-eighth series overall.
10 years ago, scientists have uncovered an ancient alien artifact on Mars called the Pandora's Box. However the discovery resulted in Japan dividing because of a mysterious "Sky Wall" formation. Present day, a war between the three nations is about to go down. Fortunately, a young amnesiac physicist decided to design his own belt and fight to not only reunite Japan, but to also uncover his past as the only thing he can remember is being experimented on.
