The 2015-2016 Kamen Rider series and the seventeenth entry in the franchise's Heisei era. It is the twenty-sixth series overall.
On his 18th birthday, a boy named Takeru Tenkuji, the descendant of a ghost hunter, is murdered by an evil race known as Gamma. He is miraculously revived by a white phantasm who gives him a Ghost Driver, and personal Eyecon. But, he then has to gather an additional 15 Eyecons based off of 15 historical figures within 99 days, or else he'll die. He must also prevent the Gamma from obtaining them for an unknown evil purpose.
