The 2012-2013 Kamen Rider series and the fourteenth entry in the franchise's Heisei era. It is the twenty-third series overall.
After a mysterious dark-magic ritual is held on the night of a solar eclipse, the lone survivor, Haruto Soma, is given a WizarDriver, and a set of rings from a mysterious white wizard in order to protect everyone's hopes from the evil Phantom race that have arose from the ritual.
