The 2018-2019 Kamen Rider series and the twentieh and final entry in the franchise's Heisei era. It is the twenty-ninth series overall.

18 year old Sougo Tokiwa dreams of becoming a king. However, a mysterious woman from the future named Tsukuyomi warns him that he'll possibly become a nigh-omnipotent tyrant bent on world destruction. She intends to try and help him rewrite his destiny, but the tyrant's servant, Woz, follows her back, and allows Sougo to become Kamen Rider Zi-O, the first stage in the tyrants path. More to that, a resistance fight named Geiz Myoukouin, a.k.a. Kamen Rider Geiz, also came back in time to kill Sougo before he could become the tyrant. Just will become of Sougo's fate?

Tropes Associated with Kamen Rider Zi-O:[]

Teens Are Short: A handful of older riders tower over the Zi-O cast. This is best seen when Tsukasa shows up untransformed at Junichiro's clock shop at the end of episode 14. The Time Jackers are also on the short side as only two so far seem to actually be adults.
