Laura Dawn Bailey (born May 28, 1981) is an American actress and voice actress. Best known for her anime roles (mostly FUNimation titles), she has also supplied voices in video games and worked as staff on several anime series. Perhaps her best known voice over appearance is as Rayne in the Blood Rayne video game series, Lust from Fullmetal Alchemist, or Rise Kujikawa from Persona 4. She is currently married to fellow voice actor Travis Willingham.

  • Ms. Fanservice: A lot of her characters tend to be rather attractive, from Harribel, Homura, Lust and Rayne, to Chun-Li, Anko, Kira Carsen and Rise Kujikawa. Laura herself also looks nice.
  • One of Us: Big fan of anime as well as video games. Particularly Dragon Age and Final Fantasy (X is her personal favorite).
  • Relationship Voice Actor: With Travis Willingham. She once mentioned at an anime convention in 2010 that while in the middle of a recording session for Lust's final episode in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, she received a text message from Travis that consisted of one line: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! For those who don't know why that's so funny, the linked video also has Travis's side of the story.
    • And in Binary Domain, she plays the Love Interests to the main character, who is voiced by Travis. As more than one snarky observer has commented, "That must have been a pretty easy 'acting' job."
    • Then we have a bit of a subversion in Trauma Team, where Travis voices diagnostician Gabriel and has his first mission with patient high schooler Nicole who's voiced by her. And of course, awkwardness ensues between the age gap, but it's pure embarrassment on both sides.
  • Stupid Sexy Flanders: Female listeners often have a hard time not feeling this when Laura uses her "Lust" voice.
  • Woman Of A Thousand Voices: She has very impressive voice range, being able to voice both male and female characters.
