Little People is a stop-motion animated series produced by Egmont Imagination, based on the Fisher-Price toys.

Not to be confused with short fantasy races, really short fantasy races, an episode of The Twilight Zone, or a series about real life people with dwarfism.

Little People contains examples of:

  • An Aesop: Obligatory for E/I.
  • Art Initiates Life: Michael's power.
  • Credits Gag: The closing credits screens include amusing headings such as "The Big People Who Like to Tell People What to Do" for the screen listing the directors, "The Big People Who REALLY Tell People What to Do" for the production company and producers and "The Big People Who Like to Think They are VERY IMPORTANT" for the executive producers.
  • Crying Wolf: Using a monkey who tells a tale about a flying elephant instead.
  • Debut Queue: The first five five-minute episodes, collected on the Friendship Collection DVD, introduce Eddie (and Freddie and Sarah Lynn), Maggie, Sonya Lee, and Farmer Jed respectively.
  • Edutainment Show
  • Four-Fingered Hands
  • Friend to All Living Things: Sonya Lee's power.
  • Growling Gut: In the 2016 series, there were stomachs growling in different episodes.
    • Mia's tummy growls at a total of five times in Being a Big Cheese is Cheesy
    • Sofia, Tessa, Koby suffered the same thing on the same episode.
    • It also happened to Lucky on the same episode
    • It happened to Mia again in Rumor Ruckus, after she decides to change into her princess dress before snacktime.
  • Merchandise-Driven
  • Super-Deformed: Faithful to the toys.
