- Despite the three came from different background and one of them clearly left awful first impression to the rest, the friendship between Akko, Lotte, and Sucy can be described this way. There are times of their relationships were stretched to a breaking point, yet the three friends eventually managed to make up with one another as shown in The Enchanted Parade.
- The dynamic between Akko and Diana. Despite their contrasting views on magic and even at odds against one another, that's not to say they hate each other. In fact, they both respect each other in different ways to the extent of being able to work out their differences for a common goal even while still at odds and importantly, become true friends as soon as they have a moment to open up to each other, latter which confirmed in anime series continuity.

- Although Yō Yoshinari has established the two to be just friends throughout the show, Akko and Andrew's relationship is still sweet. Rather than developing romantic feelings to one another, the two inspired one another to be who they are now:
- Episode 10 has Andrew being reminded by Akko that despite certain things in his life has been seemingly set on the stone, he still has dreams and ideals of his own that are worth pursuing. True to this, turns out he still practices his piano skills despite his father Paul's insistence to put it aside as his heir and near the end of the episodrs Andrew acknowledged that as much as he respected his old man, he doesn't have to always agree with him.
- True to this he stands up for Akko and co. as they set out to stop Noir Rod-infested missile with utmost conviction and not as helpless as he initially was before witch-hating Mr. Blackwell and Paul Hanbrige.
- Conversely, Andrew tells Akko that it's not wise to be in her role model's shadows if she really wanted to become a witch like Shiny Chariot, advice which she later taken into heart after figuring out Chariot is not as perfect as she believed to be and worse, held an unintended part in her shortcomings in magic.
