  • All images MUST now have proper attribution, those who neglect to assign at least the "fair use" licensing to an image may have it deleted. All new pages should use the preloadable templates feature on the edit page to add the appropriate basic page markup. Pages that don't do this will be subject to deletion, with or without explanation.
  • All new trope pages will be made with the "Trope Workshop" found on the "Troper Tools" menu and worked on until they have at least three examples. The Trope workshop specific templates can then be removed and it will be regarded as a regular trope page after being moved to the Main namespace. THIS SHOULD BE WORKING NOW, REPORT ANY ISSUES TO SelfCloak. DON'T MAKE PAGES MANUALLY UNLESS A TEMPLATE IS BROKEN, AND REPORT IT THAT IS THE CASE. PAGES WILL BE DELETED OTHERWISE IF THEY ARE MISSING BASIC MARKUP.

Long Live the Queen! is a Visual Novel role-playing video game developed by Hanako Games and Spiky Caterpillar, published by Hanako Games. It was released on 2012 for Windows, Mac and Linux.

The plot follows Elodie, the 14-year-old Crown Princess of the realm of Nova, who has spent years in a Boarding School. Suddenly, the kid is spirited back home after her mother the Queen's death, and the following 40 weeks will be vital: under the watch of her father and guided by the player, she'll have to get ready to ascend to the throne as soon as she turns 15. The biggest tasks will be, well, two. First, Elodie must keep herself alive in the middle of a Deadly Decadent Court full of people who want her dead as a door nail for their own purposes. Second, one shall decide just what kind of Queen will she be - An evil Tyrant Queen? The Chess Master? The queenly version of a Badass Princess?

The player will have to carefully choose how to educate Elodie to raise her skill levels and then check them, handle her mood so she will learn more easily, and get ready for when the game tosses sudden challenges that can only be solved if Elodie is good at something specific...
