- Chuck Woolery pulled double-duty on Scrabble beginning in 1984, and briefly pulled triple-duty with The Big Spin in late 1985.
- Pat Bullard previously hosted a few mediocre games (including Hold Everything!), and later helmed the infamous 2001 version of Card Sharks.

- Rod Roddy is well known for Press Your Luck and The Price Is Right, as well as the sitcom Soap.
- Gene Wood is well known for Family Feud and Card Sharks, as well as replacing Jack Narz as host of the syndicated version of Beat the Clock
- Johnny Gilbert is well known for announcing for the ABC version of The Price Is Right, Jeopardy!, and Supermarket Sweep.
- John Cervenka was a member of the Groundlings, and would later host Bert Ludden's Love Buffet on GSN.
- Keep Circulating the Tapes: GSN has aired many Woolery episodes spanning the entire run, so it certainly isn't hard to find. The Bullard version, however, hasn't been seen since it ended.
