Melody

• Kinda Busy Here: The French Prime Minister calls Melody to alert her of the incoming nukes sent from Russia thanks to Boris
• To Be Lawful or Good: Melody often has to circumvent the law to operate the WPA, even going to the lengths of killing people who know too much.

Zerstorung

• Big Bad
• Card-Carrying Villain: Nothing's more obvious than wanting to wreak havoc for the hell of it.
• Hero-Killer
• Loves the Sound of Screaming
• Names to Run Away From Really Fast: Zerstorung translates out to destruction in German.
• Multiversal Conqueror: Not too long after creating a portal to the Pokemon universe, Zerstorung makes plans to raze the place in hopes of forcing intervention by the hands of the WPA or the occupying US forces.

• The Consigliere: Acts as Zerstorung's advisor and second-in-command.

Miyoti Takatzi Sr.

• Got Volunteered: He never had a choice in fighting for Melody.
• Only I Can Kill Him: It's revealed that only members of the Takatzi family can defeat Zerstorung. Melody had a similar weakness but the family in question died out.
• Suicide Mission: The one and only confrontation with Zerstorung

Pandora

• Bounty Hunter: Hired by Zerstorung as an attempt to kill Miyoti Sr. before he had a chance to confront him.
• Contract on the Hitman: Once finding out Pandora, rather than killing Miyoti Sr., slept with him and bore two children; Zerstorung had the Hunter- an assassin who was the first of a line of soldiers to attempt covert ops, kill Pandora and kidnap her two children, Miyoti Jr. and Emily.

Boris

• Dark and Troubled Past: Both of his parents are dead, and the terrorist organization he called home died trying to fend off Zerstorung's occupying forces in Russia.
• Pyromaniac

Douglas Fawkes

• Becoming the Mask: Douglas Fawkes wasn't his original name, rather he kept it since he'd never divulge his real name. Also he's the RED Spy
• Easy Sex Change: The Medic doesn't hesitate to perform this surgery on him, though the reason for it is quite complicated. The RED and BLU engineer made an agreement with each other to exact revenge on their team's spy, though the BLU engineer ends up killing him, the RED engineer decides, after finding the spy in the Pokemon universe in Dawn's body, to simply teleport him back and have him reconstructed to match just to mess with him. He later regrets it.
• Voice Changeling: As of the most recent chapter, Fawkes wears a mask allowing him to manipulate his voice at whim.
