"Come dance with me in Hell!"

  • Tomura Shigaraki, born Tenko Shimura, is the leader of the League of Villains and the more brilliant apprentice of the infamous All For One. Beginning as an incompetent and childish killer and growing into a feared "Demon Lord" himself, Tomura Shigaraki begins his ascent by viciously dismantling Overhaul's Yakuza organization to avenge a fallen friend. Slipping two of his subordinates into the man's ranks, Tomura makes off with Overhaul's resources and personally dismembers him. Turning the League of Villains from a group of aimless terrorists to a ruthless fighting front through his peerless planning and analytical acumen, Tomura turns the raging Gigantomachia against the fanatical Meta Liberation Army before personally leading the charge against them. After having earned the resources of both All For One and the Meta Liberation Army through sheer brilliance and determination, Tomura then wages war on society itself and rejects his mentor entirely, only to be possessed in his weakest moment by All For One. After finally reclaiming control of his body through sheer willpower, Tomura faces his nemesis Izuku Midoriya in combat while planning to cause a natural disaster and destroy civilization to avenge his fallen comrades. When All For One takes his body back once more and reveals his own role in Tomura's suffering, Tomura returns one last time to help Izuku destroy his body and ultimately concedes defeat to Izuku and his ideals, content to die at the hands of a Worthy Opponent and ending his life on his terms as the unrepentant "symbol of destruction". Having come near victory and never relinquishing his love of his friends, Tomura earns even Izuku's sympathy and respect while being revered by villains around the world as their very own hero.
  • Pictured above: Dabi, born Toya Todoroki, is one of the most dangerous and crafty members of the League of Villains. A master of psychological warfare who enjoys making his opponents doubt themselves with well-placed words, Dabi later reveals he is only using the League towards his own purpose: the ruination of his horrifically abusive father Enji Todoroki, the new number one hero Endeavor. Recording a video to expose the hero society to the darker side of his father and exposing the abuse he put his family through, Dabi releases it at a moment of incredible crisis to destroy faith in his father and hero society while revealing himself and his true identity to Endeavor while facing off with his youngest sibling Shoto, aiming to tear down hero society, spread the ideals of his idol Stain and utterly destroy his father. Having refused any aid from All For One, Dabi takes on Shoto in the final battle, combining strategic brilliance and utter fury to continue rising even on the brink of death, analyzing and copying his opponent's moves mid-fight before pursuing his family. Though taken down by his family members and left on life support, Dabi relishes the fact he successfully forced Endeavor into retirement and destroyed his image and refuses to renounce his villainous ways, even as he comes to bond with Shoto. Acknowledging his own mistakes at last, Toya finally apologizes for his misdeeds against his younger brother.
  • Kurogiri is a Nomu made from the body of the young Hero Oboro Shirakumo. Serving as a brainwashed yet brilliant advisor to the legendary villain All For One for years, Kurogiri not only earns the respect of the Demon Lord but is assigned to serve as the protector of his young apprentice Tomura Shigaraki. Using his portal-based powers to fight and transport his new master's League of Villains in creative and ingenious ways, Kurogiri repeatedly turns the tide of battle through his sheer strategic brilliance, even helping to recruit and transport the legendary Hero Killer Stain to aid the League's cause, before taking Tomura into hiding. Proving loyal enough to let himself be captured to aid the League's cause and offer Tomura the inheritance that All For One left, Kurogiri is freed for the final battle, immediately turning the entire fight against the Heroes through creative use of his portals. When commanded by All For One to help him at the expense of Tomura, Kurogiri uses his own willpower and a clever interpretation of All For One's previous orders to instead support the man he's genuinely come to be loyal to and break the brainwashing. Once Oboro's personality has resurfaced, Kurogiri intervenes one final time to bring the Heroes to fight All For One, interfering with both sides' efforts as he attempts to save his beloved charge, ultimately dying trying to protect Tomura.

Willing to deal with both vigilantes and villains if it benefits him, Giran uses contingencies such as a large stock of burner phones and strategies to evade his clients being captured, forced to employ them when captured by the Meta Liberation Army. Deleting his associates' data and delaying the Meta Liberation Army significantly, Giran holds firm against vicious torture and even mocks his captors, going so far as to apologize to his clients for the inconvenience once he's rescued. Choosing to sit out the rest of the war due to his lack of combat prowess, Giran proves instrumental in the League of Villains' rise to power despite being little more than a normal businessman.
  • "Gentle Criminal", real name Danjuro Tobita, wanted nothing more than to be a famous Pro Hero. When he failed in his goal and was abandoned to poverty, he decided to become a villain instead. Unable to gain the fame he desires, Gentle devises a brilliant scheme to break into U.A. High for fame. Facing down against the teenage Hero Deku, Gentle gives him a hard battle, creatively combining his otherwise weak power of Elasticity with a keen analytical mind. Upon his apparent defeat, Gentle uses La Brava's powers to restore and enhance himself, giving Deku an even more intense battle. Even upon truly losing, Gentle manifests the last of La Brava's Quirk using sheer willpower and creates a last moment scheme to ensure La Brava avoids punishment, which Deku goes along with out of genuine respect and sympathy toward him, and ultimately goes down a path of redemption, becoming a Hero like he always wanted.
