- Entrance Exam Arc: Formerly Quirkless, Izuku Midoriya inherits All Might's Quirk and now must learn how to use it properly in order to pass the entrance exam for U.A. High School.
- Quirk Apprehension Test Arc: The new students of Class 1-A at U.A. High must now get their Quirks judged by their homeroom teacher, Shota Aizawa, to determine if they are fit to be heroes or not.
- Battle Trial Arc: The students of Class 1-A are separated into groups of two, heroes versus villains style. They are judged on how well they would do at being Heroes.
