Opposite Trope of Take That, Audience! and Take That, Critics! (and, from a meta perspective, Loony Fan). This is a content creator (usually of the internet variety) who is constantly thankful for his fans, and interacts with them in a friendly and warm manner. As far as this creator is concerned, there are no such thing as Loony Fans, and if he finds a fans he thinks is mentally unwell, he will get him the help he needs rather than write him off as "loony". And all criticism is met with acceptance and a smile.
The Trope Namer is a fictional example of this trope: Pipp Petals from My Little Pony: A New Generation. She has an internet show, and is always thankful and grateful to her fans/viewers, calling them "my Pippsqueaks".
Subverted Trope of Why Fandom Can't Have Nice Things.
- Andre the Black Nerd.
- Epic Rap Battles of History. Notably, whenever the show takes criticism, Pete and Lloyd always shoulder the blame rather than blame the fans.
- That SciFi Guy, perhaps the only That Guy With The Glasses member to fully be this trope.
- Kristy Swanson, the original Buffy, is this trope, as opposed to Sarah Michelle Gellar.
- Jeremy Jahns.
- Chris Stuckmann.
- Most of the youtubers from the early days of youtube (ie. Ask a Ninja, G.I. Joe PSAs, Potter Puppet Pals, Ryan vs. Dorkman) were this, mostly because the fanbase was so small and fringe that they couldn't afford the luxury of losing it by attacking it.
- Likewise, the text review sites from the 2000s (Mutant Reviewers From Hell, Jabootu, Cinema De Merde, Badmovies.org) were this, for the same reason listed above.
