Neko Kawaigari is an H-game by 13cm, about a private clinic of catgirls.
The Player Character is Jack, a dog-man with no memory of how he got there, only that he was rescued by the head of the clinic, Dr. Alice Crane.
In order to repay her, he becomes an odd-job man at the clinic, helping with the patients, whom are the aforementioned catgirls. Considering they are, in fact, the patients, they all have some sort of illness.
Primarily known for the mild Memetic Mutation the (NSFW) opening is subject to, due to the Gratuitous English and awkward lyrics.
Was being fan-translated by Tengu Translations, but due to a C&D notice, was dropped.
- Alternate Reality: As with most kemonomimi series.
- Bait and Switch Credits: The opening gives the player almost no clue to the actual storyline at all.

- Nightmare Sequence: In a scene called "The Shining", Dr. Crane has one about being chased by an Ax Crazy murderer.
- Overly Long Name: The whole title is "Neko Kawaigari! ~Klein Inuneko Byouin Shinsatsuchuu~"
- Pettanko: Dr. Crane, Umi and Nami.
- Petting Zoo People: Including the protagonist himself, oddly enough.
- Rape as Drama: A scene in Faye's chapter.
- Shout-Out: To The Shining, see Nightmare Sequence above.
- Single-Minded Twins: Umi and Nami sometimes skirt the line of this.
- Spell My Name with an "S": The doctor's last name is clearly stated in English (on the CG Gallery menu) to be "Crane", but so far all transliterations of the game's full title spell it "Klein".
- Spit Trail Kiss: Umi and Nami share one in an H-scene.
- Token Mini-Moe: Umi and Nami. Maybe Dr. Crane, too.
- Twin Threesome Fantasy: Just another facet of Umi and Nami's charm.
- Tsundere: Faye.
- Interesting in that her exaggerated tsundere nature is actually part of her diagnosis; she's bipolar.
- Dr. Crane has shades of this too.

- Verbal Tic: As a part of their Single-Minded Twins gimmick, Umi often chimes in with "Umi too!" after Nami states her mood/opinion/what have you.
