- Crowning Moment of Funny: Karna freaking out during the local alien meeting is WAY hilarious.
- Crowning Music of Awesome: Do the blues and Japanese anime match? Hell yeah!
- Ear Worm: The opening theme may be rather ... weird, but the ending tune is very cheery and catchy.
- Needs More Love: Because (more or less) it doesn't get any, despite its quality.
- The Woobie: Mayuko Chigasaki, to seemingly ridiculous levels. She seems to take abuse from all corners of the world.
- Niea also qualifies, seeing how she is the victim of discrimination by both humans and aliens.
