No Time To Spy: A Loud House Movie is a 2024 movie for the The Loud House series, the second one in the main series and third in the franchise overall following after The Casagrandes Movie (which coincidentally premiered earlier a month before this one). The film premiered June 24 2024, though, unlike it's previous film and The Casagrandes Movie which were showcased on Netflix, it was aired on the main channel and the streaming service Paramount+,
The movie focuses on Myrtle, the fiancé to Pop Pop, father of Rita Loud (The mother of the family) as she set to wed him after proposing in "Pop Pop The Question" episode. The family head out to a tropical resort for the ceremony and just a nice vacation overall as they welcome their new family member. Lincoln is especially ecstatic as Myrtle revealed to the family she was a former spy back in the day and, being a fan of a fictional spy series, Dan Steele, and hearing a few stories of Myrtle escapades, he really hopped up on the fantasy of the spy life. Though Myrtle tries to assure him she left that life behind and just wants a peaceful wedding.
However no sooner then the family get to the resort, they start running into some suspicious people before Myrtle is suddenly attacked during an outing. Sensing something dastardly afoot, Lincoln and a reluctant Myrtle have to find out who's after her before the rest of the family is put in danger.
- A Day in the Limelight: Focuses on Myrtle, her backstory and previous foes.
- Action Prologue: The movie begins with one with a younger Myrtle doing a mission to stop the evil scientist Dr. Rufus Dufus. We find out this is Lincoln telling Clyde one of Myrtle's spy stories.
- Artificial Limbs: Ham Hand, Rufus's and later Fifi's henchman has a hammer prosthetic on his main hand.
- Bait and Switch Boss: Were initially lead to believe Rufus Dufus is the main big bad. Turns out it's his wife Fifi, wanting revenge for Rufus being accidentally shot into space in the past.
- Car Chase: Has two
- Lincoln and Myrtle trying to outrun some goons via a scooter in the city.
- One involving the whole family on buggy, again trying to lose some goons.
- Chekhov's Gun: A literal one. Earlier while showing Mr. Grosse around who's house sitting the Loud's property while they're on vacation, Lisa shows him the experimental laser canon in the backyard. After Lincoln stays behind on the rocket, Lisa and Myrtle use it to knock the rocket out of orbit and back to Earth to save him.
- Damsel Out Of Distress: After Myrtle is captured, Lincoln rallies the family to go rescue her via infiltrating the villain lair. Ironically by the time they break in, Myrtle's already enacting her escape And unfortunately leads to the family getting captured and used in Fifi's revenge plan as intended.
- Darker and Edgier: While not without humor, this movie is notably much more serious with some of it's content, especially around the third act.
- Defiant to the End/Revenge Before Reason: In the climax, Fifi gets knocked off the helicopter pad after Myrtle prevents her escape and dangling from the edge while holding onto the remote to cancel the rocket launch that the Loud family is stuck in. Myrtle offers to pull her up if she throws up the remote. But Fifi refuses and lets herself drop as one last spiteful action to her. Luckily she does survive, ends up captured, alongside Ham Hand, and tied up by Flop for the authorities to collect later.
- Dope Slap: Luna does one to Lucy when Pop Pop jumps into the ocean to save Lincoln after the rocket crashes into the ocean and she quips this:

Lucy: I should've brought more coffins |

- Dragged Into Drag: The busboy whom Myrtle has take her place while she sneaks off to follow Lincoln. Forcing him to wear one of her dresses and a mop for a wig (which doesn't even have the handle taken off).
- Earn Your Happy Ending: Hoo boy after everything, do they. Lincoln is saved, the family still accept Myrtle despite everything that has happened and the wedding goes on as planned with Lincoln even replacing the lost wedding rings with some bamboo made ones he traded his Dan Steele comics for. Even better, Fifi and Ham Hand end up caught and tied up, their revenge plan ultimately failed and set to be turned over to the authorities. "Mission accomplished" indeed.
- Failed a Spot Check:
- During the flashback opening, Myrtle infiltrates a lair which her handler, X, claims is clear though Myrtle doubts it. When she goes in, she's instantly runs into some henchmen. X sheepishly apologies that she didn't catch them.
- None of the girls notice the "Myrtle" (really a busboy whom Myrtle paid to impersonate her) is a fake despite the obvious broom handle on the mop he's using as a wig. It isn't until Lincoln regroups with them and pulls it off that they finally notice.
- Gilligan Cut: While on the plane, the family meet Fifi, a passenger who's also on vacation, Lynn Jr injures her eye while throwing a football in the aisle but claims they'll likely never see her again. Cut to them on a tram which Fifi is sharing and Lynn sitting next to her in awkward silence.
- Girls Night Out: In the middle of the film, Myrtle has to sneak away to follow after Lincoln whom she spotted leaving the hotel (after she tried to warn him not to do anything reckless). When a busboy appears with complementary basket for her wedding, she pays him to dress as her and take her place when she leaves. Unfortunately no sooner then she leaves that the Loud girls come into her room and take him off for a bachelorette party.
- Heroic Sacrifice: Narrowly averted. Myrtle was willing to stay behind on the rocket shot into space, so that the Loud Family can escape but Pop Pop refused to leave her. Lincoln instead pushed the two out via grappling hook and stayed behind on the rocket himself. Luckily Lisa remember her laser cannon and Myrtle and she use it knock the rocket back toward Earth and into the ocean. With Pop Pop just barely getting Lincoln out before he drowned
- Kick the Dog: Fifi already intended to send the Louds and Pop Pop into space as her revenge to Myrtle. But when Myrtle catches up to her, Fifi shows her the wedding rings and throws them into the ocean for extra mockery.
- Never Mess with Granny: Myrtle may be pushing 60, but she still manages to kick butt at her age.
- Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: Lincoln thinks that, after Myrtle is captured, that he can get his family to go help save from the villains and save the day. However, while the Louds are capable, this is something that's way over their heads and putting them in immediate danger. While they do manage to sneak into the base and get past a few of their guards they end up captured themselves ironically around the time Myrtle is busting herself out. Fifi then reveals herself as the main mastermind behind the whole thing as a revenge for what happened to her husband in the past, taking particular pleasure in mocking Lincoln in how she fed into his spy fantasy to lure Myrtle to her and now has all the pieces to complete her plan via having Myrtle watch her loved ones launched into space. Lincoln has a Heroic BSOD when he realizes he lead his family right to their (near) demise.
- Not a Game: What Myrtle tries to impose on Lincoln, that the spy life isn't all thrills and actions. And that it comes with very real danger and consequences. It isn't till the villain, Fifi, uses him for her revenge for what happened to her husband against Myrtle and that his family is put in danger by being shot into outer space that Lincoln finally realizes it.
- Reality Ensues: Lincoln keeps thinking he can get by in the adventure by emulating his fictional idol, Dan Steele, but he's just a kid who isn't properly trained in the slightest and mostly flails around through most of the adventure while Myrtle takes care of most of the heavy lifting. One of the henchmen even calling him a "wannabe spy" at one point. It takes awhile to dawn on him the very real consequences he could suffer And it isn't till he and his family are put into a death trap, that it eventually clicks.
- Revenge: Fifi's motivation. She was the wife to Rufus Dufus who was accidentally blasted off into space in the past (despite Myrtle's attempts to save him) and witnessed it. Since then she's been biding her time, tracking down Myrtle and keeping tabs on her till she could find the perfect time to strike.
- Punny Name: Ham Hand, the second in command, gets his name because he has a hammer for a left hand. Myrtle sarcastically quips she thought it was became he had a pig for a hand.
- Running Gag:
- Lynn Jr trying to prepare Lori for the bouquet toss. Eventually pays off at the end.
- The budding vacationer, Fifi, getting injured during an encounter with the Louds.
- Ham Hand getting something dropped on top of him.
- Flop, Flip's (supposed) cousin, running a number of businesses on the island that the Louds keep running into. Including being the local law enforcement.
- Unwitting Pawn: Lincoln is one to Fifi, who uses him to lure Myrtle to her.
