OLM Incorporated (also known as Oriental Light & Magic and named after Industrial Light & Magic) is a Japanese studio established in 1995; they're mainly known for the Anime Adaptation of Pokémon. Unique in that they undertake production on a team-by-team basis: for instance, the now-disbanded Team Ota made the early Pokemon series. Notable directors include Kunihiko Yuyama, Naohito Takahashi, Masamitsu Hidaka and Joji Shimura.
